🔒 Data Privacy Policy
Data Segregation: Your institutional data is completely isolated from all other institutions on this platform. Only authorized users of your institution can access your data.
Access Control: Each institution's data is stored in a separate encrypted file identified uniquely by your institution. Cross-institution data access is technically impossible.
Server Security: All data directories are protected with server-level access controls. Data files cannot be accessed via direct URL requests.
Logo Privacy: Your institutional logo is stored only on your local device and is never uploaded to or stored on the server.

The data of each institution is automatically stored separately on the secure server to ensure privacy and protection.
A unique URL is generated for every institution, both for Administrator and Prefects to login.
